These terms govern general use of the public website. Separate written agreements govern journey planning and travel services.
Informational website
The website describes The Two Republics, its developing journey concepts, consultation process and supporter program. Website content is general information and is not a binding travel proposal, reservation confirmation or guarantee of availability.
No booking through general website content
A journey is not booked by visiting the site, sending an inquiry or scheduling a consultation. A current written proposal, applicable agreements, confirmed availability and required payment steps control any planning or booking relationship.
Journey descriptions and pricing
Sample experiences, durations and operating rhythms may change based on traveler needs, supplier availability, weather, closures, safety and professional judgment. Any price discussed before a written proposal is an estimate or planning baseline unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
External services
Links to Calendly, Google Meet, FormSubmit and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.
Intellectual property
The Two Republics name, logos, original writing, journey descriptions and other original materials may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission, except for ordinary personal sharing of public website links.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful material or falsely represent your identity or relationship to another person.
Disclaimer
Reasonable care is used in preparing website content, but errors and changes may occur. The site is provided without a guarantee that every page, link or third-party service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
