We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, travel interests and message. If you schedule a consultation, Calendly may collect scheduling information under its own privacy terms.
How we use it
We use submitted information to answer inquiries, conduct consultations, maintain requested communications, assess journey fit and improve our customer process. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. The contact and information-request forms use FormSubmit to deliver submissions by email. Consultation scheduling uses Calendly and Google Meet. These providers process information according to their own terms and privacy practices.
Cookies and analytics
This version of the site does not intentionally deploy advertising trackers or a first-party analytics system. External services may set cookies when you visit their sites.
Retention and choices
We retain inquiry information only as reasonably needed for customer communication, recordkeeping and legal or operational purposes. You may ask to review, correct or delete information you submitted, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.
Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no website, email system or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not submit passport details, payment information or other highly sensitive information through the general contact form.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information through the inquiry form.
